PS cabinet, also known as the nine-fold profile cabinet, is constructed from high-quality nine-fold section profiles and three-way connectors, featuring a modular design that allows for easy disassembly of side panels, top and bottom covers, and front/rear doors. The Carbon Steel PS Cabinet is constructed from a nine-fold profile structure assembled with T-joints. The main body uses high-quality cold-rolled steel sheets (1.5mm for the cabinet, 2.0mm for the doors, and 2.5mm for the mounting plate). The surface is treated with phosphated primer followed by electrostatic powder coating with RAL7035 light gray, providing excellent weather resistance and protection. The Carbon Steel PS Cabinet features a modular design, supporting independent use of a single cabinet or multi-cabinet installation, offering high versatility and making it a cost-effective standard configuration for industrial environments.

304 Stainless Steel PS Cabinet

The 304 Stainless Steel PS Cabinet retains the modular structure of the nine-fold profile while being constructed entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel. The surface is brushed or sandblasted, presenting a metallic texture and delicate grain. This cabinet combines structural strength with corrosion resistance, making it particularly suitable for humid, highly corrosive, or clean environments with high cleanliness requirements.

316 Stainless Steel PS Cabinet

The 316 Stainless Steel PS Cabinet is constructed from a higher grade of AISI 316 stainless steel, further enhancing its corrosion resistance compared to 304 stainless steel, especially designed for harsh environments with high salinity, strong acids and alkalis, and high temperature and humidity. The structure utilizes nine-fold profiles and tee fittings for assembly, achieving a balance between high strength and modularity.
