The Carbon Steel PS Cabinet is constructed from a nine-fold profile structure assembled with T-joints. The main body uses high-quality cold-rolled steel sheets (1.5mm for the cabinet, 2.0mm for the doors, and 2.5mm for the mounting plate). The surface is treated with phosphated primer followed by electrostatic powder coating with RAL7035 light gray, providing excellent weather resistance and protection. The Carbon Steel PS Cabinet features a modular design, supporting independent use of a single cabinet or multi-cabinet installation, offering high versatility and making it a cost-effective standard configuration for industrial environments.
